NIKKO Corporation (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') has established the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as 'this Policy')

  2. Notwithstanding the above, the following cases are not considered provision to a third party:
    1. When we outsource all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
    2. When personal information is provided due to business succession, such as through merger or other reasons.
    3. When personal information is jointly used with specific parties, and the following details are notified in advance or made easily accessible to the individual:The fact that personal information will be jointly used, the items of personal information to be used jointly, the scope of the parties involved in joint use, the purpose of use by those parties, and the name or designation of the party responsible for managing the personal information.

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

However, if disclosing the information is likely to fall under any of the following categories, the Company may choose not to disclose all or part of the information. If a decision is made not to disclose, the Company will notify the individual without delay:

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

  1. Users may request the correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "Correction, etc.") of their personal information held by the Company if it is found to be incorrect, following the procedures set by the Company.
  2. If the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to the request for Correction, etc., it will make the necessary corrections without delay.
  3. If the Company makes corrections based on the previous provision, or decides not to make any corrections, it will notify the user without delay.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)

  1. The Company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay if a user requests the suspension or deletion of their personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") due to reasons such as the information being used beyond the scope of its intended purpose or being obtained through fraudulent means.
  2. Based on the results of the investigation in the previous paragraph, if the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to the request, it will promptly suspend or delete the personal information.
  3. If the Company suspends or deletes the personal information based on the previous provision, or decides not to take such action, it will notify the user without delay.
  4. Notwithstanding the previous two paragraphs, if the suspension or deletion would incur significant costs or if it is otherwise difficult to perform, and if an alternative measure can be taken to protect the user's rights and interests, the Company will take such alternative measures.

Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

  1. The content of this Policy may be changed without notifying the user, except for matters that are specified otherwise by laws, regulations, or specific provisions in this Policy.
  2. Except as otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy will become effective when it is posted on this website.
